We ensure that the method of construction and workmanship on your project are in accordance with Australian and Industry standards. Inspections are usually timed in accordance with the various construction stages, however we
can be called upon at any time you need help.
Our Construction Inspections occur at various stages of your construction and we will prepare you timely Property Reports as per the building inspections that were carried out. A Maintenance Report is the final ‘To Do’ list
for the builder.
What to Expect
At the time of construction or renovation, qualified Building Inspector and Master Builder, Reinhard Kabelitz, will check that all the construction and workmanship related tasks comply to the Australian Building & Tolerances
Codes. It will detail the various non- compliance issues that have taken place and recommend various work around possibilities. Each stage of the building is inspected and a comprehensive report is provided to you for action
by your builder.
A Maintenance Report is the second half of the process which is prepared post construction at the end of the maintenance period and details issues your builder must rectify.
